How do I create an account?

Currently, account creation is only available through our mobile app. Download it now on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and you have a couple of options. You can use your email with a new password or you can use Google Sign In or Apple Sign In based on the platform you're using.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

In case you forgot your password, you must have the app installed and from the landing screen with different sign in options, you should pick Continue with Email, type your email to get to the password screen and there you'll have a url to reset your password.

The app is not working properly / crashing

Try to restart / update the app. If nothing fixes the issue, please contact us using the In-App Contact Form or at contact@likelynow.app and tell us what went wrong.

How do I delete my account?

Deleting your account is a simple process. From the Top Right Menu, go to your Account (Tap your profile pic + name), at the bottom you will see the 'Delete account' button.
After confirming deletion, you will be logged out immediately and your account will enter a pending deletion status for 30 days, after which your account will be deleted.
